Please make sure to read the following section carefully, as the terms apply to all purchases of new tires from Priority Tire LLC.

The listing is for TIRE(S) only, the wheel rim is NOT included unless its stated in the listing. The wheel rim shown in the picture is for display purposes only unless stated otherwise.
Pictures shown are a stock photo and it is not of the actual tire. Picture represents brand and model of the tire listed for sale. Tread pattern may vary.
Mileage warranty is described as accurate as possible based on the information provided to the public to use by tire manufactures.
All tire specifications displayed are provided by tire manufacturers.
All tires are sold subject to our 90-day customer satisfaction return policy, please refer to our return policy for more details.
Prior to placing the order, the buyer must make sure that the specifications and size of the tire they are purchasing are appropriate for their vehicle. We do not accept returns based on incorrect tire specification and size.
The manufacture year of the tire is specified in each product description. By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to receive the tire with the age stated in the listing. We do not accept returns based on the age of the tires.

UPON PLACING AN ORDER FOR TIRES THE PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT, IN EXCHANGE FOR PRIORITY TIRE LLC’S RETURN POLICY, ALL TIRES ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THE STATEMENTS CONTAINED ABOVE, AND ANY SALE RESULTING FROM YOUR ORDER IS AS-IS, WHICH MEANS THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PUT ANOTHER WAY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND WHATEVER IS STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIOIRTY TIRE LLC, ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, FEES OR EXPENSES, AS WELL AS LOSS OF PROFITS AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, BEYOND ITS RETURN POLICY STATED ABOVE.

In purchasing any tire(s) from Priority Tire LLC you agree that regardless of where you may be located or the tires may be shipped, Pennsylvania law shall apply to this transaction (excluding its conflicts of laws rules) particularly considering that your order is being placed to Priority Tire LLC’s offices in Pennsylvania, payment is being received in Pennsylvania, and the tires are being shipped from Pennsylvania.
